You Will Need:

• 1 Ripe Kiwi, peeled and cubed • 60mls Silver Tequila (we love El Jimador Blanco) • 20mls Cointreau • 20mls Lime Juice • 20mls Gomme Syrup • 3 Dashes Ms. Better’s Bitters Kiwi Sumac Bitters • Crushed Ice • Mint Leaf, for garnish

Method:

• Add the kiwi fruit to the bottom of your cocktail shaker and muddle with the syrup and lime juice. • Add the orange liqueur and tequila and shake with ice. • Strain over a glass filled with crushed ice and blend the mixture • Finally, add a ‘float’ of three dashes of Kiwi Sumac Bitters on the top of the cocktail. The bright pink will bleed into the green for an attractive sweet & sour cocktail!
