This Gomme Syrup is made in France with a host of premium ingredients according to the centuries-old techniques of Giffard, one of the world’s most celebrated producers of cocktail syrups and liqueurs.
Giffard Gomme is made from natural sugar beet and livened up with a touch of ginger and orange extracts for subtle nuance of flavour. It is thickened with acacia sap to supply perfect full-bodied texture to cocktail recipes.

Perfect Serve – Keep it classic with an Old Fashioned:
- 60ml bourbon whiskey
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 10ml Giffard Gomme Syrup
Build all ingredients in a tumbler with ice, stirring well and garnishing with a strip of orange peel.
