Ms Better’s Bitters Tonic Bitters 12cl

You Will Need:

• 60mls London Dry Gin (Try Portobello Road) • 30mls Lemon Juice • 15mls Giffard Gomme Syrup • Egg White OR 1 dash of Ms. Better’s Bitters Miraculous Foamer • 1 dash Ms Better’s Bitters Tonic Bitters

Method:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. Shake thoroughly to let the egg white or foamer emulsify the ingredients. This is your ‘dry shake’. • Add ice to your shaker and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist. • As the foam settles on top of the Gin Sour, add three drops of the tonic bitters on top of the foam for decoration
