Add two shots of El Jimador Blanco to an ice-filled cocktail shaker alongside 30mls each of lemon and lime juice, 15mls of pink grapefruit juice and 30mls of simple syrup. Shake, pour and top with a citrus mixer such as San Pellegrino.
