This expression of Cygnet gin combines the original blend of botanicals (chamomile, mixed citrus peels, orris root, angelica root, liquorice root, cardamom, coriander, juniper and almond) with fresh raspberries and strawberries. These berries are macerated in the gin at Cygnet’s Swansea distillery for four days, leaving a blush pink spirit with a refreshing finish.
