It’s fresh and full on the nose, delivering a delicate bouquet of vanilla, dried rose petals, white grape, ripe apricot, juicy berries and a hint of homemade custard, which effortlessly give way to reveal a hearty and generous palate of figs, manuka honey and red berry coulis, finished with a whisper of spice and a touch of truffle.
Rounded out with the House’s signature smokiness, as a result of careful aging in French oak barrels, the Rémy Martin VSOP Fine Champagne Cognac is rich, complex, and flirtatiously fruity.
Perfect Serve – Make a Mint Julep. Add a few sprigs of fresh mint and a splash of sugar syrup to a mixing glass. Muddle well, shake with crushed ice and a double shot of Rémy Martin VSOP Fine Champagne Cognac. Shake until frosted, then pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
