Perfect serve – Beluga Noble Espresso: Beluga Noble 40 ml, Espresso 25 ml. Coffee liquor 20 ml, Red dry wine (preferably Shiraz) 15 ml. Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Serve in a Beluga cocktail glass, garnish with coffee beans and sprinkled cinnamon.
