Created by Douglas Ankrah in the early 2000s, this recent invention – a blend of tart tropical passion fruit flavour and sweet vanilla vodka – spread like wildfire and is now a staple on cocktail menus across the world. The sweetness of the vanilla, balanced with a squeeze of lime, makes this an accessible and endlessly sippable cocktails – despite the name raising eyebrows! • 50ml Stolichnaya Vanil Vodka
• 12.5ml Passoa
• 25ml Finest Call Passionfruit Puree
• 12.5ml Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice
