You Will Need:

• 30mls Rye Whisky (we love Jim Beam’s) • 30mls Cognac (Try Hennessey VS) • 30mls Sweet Vermouth • 10mls Benedictine D.O.M. Liqueur • 4 Dashes Ms. Better’s Bitter’s Wormwood Bitters • Luxardo Cherry, for garnish

Method:

• Mix the rye whisky, vermouth, cognac, Benedictine and bitters together in a mixing glass over ice. • After blending, strain into a fresh rocks glass over cubed ice. • Garnish with a sweet Maraschino Cherry
