You Will Need:

• 100 mls Pineapple Juice • 100 mls Ginger Ale • 60mls Spirited Union Queen Pineapple & Spice Rum • 2 Dashes Ms Better’s Bitters Pineapple Star Anise Bitters • Luxardo Cherry, to garnish

Method:

• Fill a tall glass with ice and add the pineapple juice and ginger ale • Now ‘float’ the rum on top of the serve and top with the bitters dashes • Garnish with a Luxardo cherry
