Made from fresh Shiraz grapes, this wine is centred on rich berry flavours. Profiles of blackberries, boysenberry and blackcurrants form a deep tart base, reminiscent of jam. Excerpts of vanilla can be traced throughout with a mineral taste nestled into the flavour.
