19 Crimes Chardonnay Wine is an exemplary white wine made from hand-picked chardonnay grapes. Aged in former rum barrels, this edition features elements of white stone fruits including apricots and white peach. Creamy notes of vanilla and butterscotch add a sweet scent with subtle spices concluding to an oaky finish.
As an ode to former convicts, each bottle of 19 crimes highlights a former criminal who would later be exiled to Australia for their crime. This bottle features Jane Castings, a former resident of Leicester, England who was caught stealing bacon and cheese in 1865 – scandalous we know!
