Perfect Serve - Create an iconic Sloe Gin Fizz. Add 1.5 fl oz (50 ml) sloe gin, 0.75 ml (25 ml) of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a tablespoon of sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well-chilled. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice, and strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Top with the club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry.
