This 12-year-old single malt is crafted from barley harvested from the 360-acre estate in the stunning Scottish Highlands. The Macallan is distilled using the smallest stills in Scotland, where the house’s bold signature flavours are born – rich, deep and fruity.

This expression is then aged for 12 years in a mix of American and European sherry casks – adding another level of rich dried fruit and wood smoke flavour. These Jerez casks are hand-picked for their ability to impart richness and complexity to the malt.

The Macallan has been crafting peerless single malts since 1824, and that heritage can be experienced through the rich, multi-layered taste of this carefully aged 12-year-old expression. A perfect balance of rich plummy stone fruit, woodsmoke, spice, toffee sweetness and ginger.
