Gold Spiced is crafted from a blend of rums sourced from the British Virgin Islands, distilled in small batches from a single pot still. This blend is then aged for at least a year and up to three years. The rum masters at Old J then add the classic ingredients of sweet vanilla and Persian lime for a delicately spiced, elevated version of Old J Spiced, bottled at 40%. Where Gold loses some sweetness, it gains a depth of smoke and oak flavour achieved through the aged rum, with plenty of vanilla present. This is a great sip for rum lovers who are seeking an award-winning take on spiced rum. Perfect Serve – Old J Gold is a flavourful rum for premium cocktails.
