Made with Caribbean rum from Trinidad and Barbados, this spirit features all the flavours of Old J’s original spiced rum, but is punched up with a high percentage, coming in at a whopping 75.5% ABV.
A heady hit of vanilla pod and zesty Persian lime will greet you first, the aromas falling away to reveal a warming palate of soft aromatic spices, sticky toffee and another good whack of vanilla, hiding inside notes of velvety dark chocolate.

Perfect Serve – It’s all about the Burnin’ Swizzle. Shake up a shot of Old J Tiki Fire Spiced Rum with a splash of sugar syrup and a splash of lime juice, three dashes of bitters and three of absinthe, and 50ml apple juice. Strain into a chilled glass of ice and garnish with a wheel of lime and a grating of fresh nutmeg.
