• 30ml elderflower liqueur
• 20ml gin
• 20ml Giffard Hibiscus Syrup
• 20ml lemon juice
• Prosecco, to top

Add every ingredient except the prosecco to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a champagne glass and top up with a splash of prosecco.
