El Sueño Tequila is made with fine highland and lowland Blue Weber Agave which is only harvested after a minimum of nine years’ growth. The agave syrup is blended with Mexican Piloncillo sugarcane and pure volcanic spring water to create a traditional harmony of flavour with perfect character and flair. Perfect Serve – Use El Sueño Silver Tequila to make a classic Margarita:

• 50ml El Sueño Silver Tequila
• 25ml lime juice
• 20ml orange liqueur
• Salt and lime, to garnish

Create a salt rim by wetting the top of a tumbler with lime juice and dipping it into a saucer of salt. Add the tequila, lime juice, and orange liqueur to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the salted tumbler and garnish with a wedge of lime.
