A mashbill of 80% corn imbues Daddy Rack with the exquisite sweetness that’s so particular to American liquor, with an added charm thanks to being locally sourced from farms within 50 miles of the distillery. Once milled with rye and malted barley, the bill is distilled and filtered in Tennessee’s iconic Lincoln County Process in which the spirit is slowly passed through a dense maple charcoal.

After maturing in American White Oak barrels with a light No. 3 char, the whiskey undergoes a second maple charcoal filtration to guarantee unrivalled smoothness. Just 20 superlative barrels are selected to create this Small Batch Whiskey, bottled straight at 40% ABV with no added colours, caramel, or flavourings.
