The grapes, a blend of Grenache, Vermentino and Syrah, used for this superb wine are harvested from sunrise to noon, and come from some the oldest vines on the estate; up to 80 years old.
This is a food driven, full bodied and richly textured wine with subtle flavours of peach, citrus fruit, crushed slate and florals.
