This sweet and citrusy gin begins life as Chase’s smooth potato vodka, hailed as one of the best in the world. This is then infused with a blend of botanicals and spices including ginger, liquorice, cardamon, clove, cinnamon bark, coriander seeds and lots of juniper. Finally, the resulting gin is distilled a final time through a bounty of sweet Seville oranges in Chase’s copper gin still (named ‘Ginny’).
