This tangy flavoured gin blends Chase’s GB Gin with freshly pressed bramley apple and rhubarb juice. Chase is a firm believer in ‘farm to bottle’, where every element of this special gin is locally and sustainably sourced from the Chase farm and the surrounding areas of Herefordshire. This expression uses the classic and under-appreciated British flavours of tart Bramley apples and tangy rhubarb, which blend beautifully with gin botanicals. Chase’s Rhubarb & Bramley Apple gin begins with Chase’s world-famous smooth potato vodka and distils it with a juniper-led botanical blend which also includes lemon peel, ginger, liquorice, cinnamon bark, clove and cardamom. The resulting GB gin is then blended with fresh apple and rhubarb juice straight from the farm. The care and quality that goes into the bottle can be tasted in the resulting sip. This refreshing gin comes with a tart bite and tastes crisp and tangy when mixed with a premium tonic. Warmth comes from the cinnamon bark and ginger botanicals, making this a great gin for late summer and early autumn sipping. You can also enjoy Chase’s great British gin in a miniature. Perfect Serve – Mix 50ml of Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin with 20ml of freshly squeezed lime juice and 10mls of sugar syrup. Top with tonic to create a Rhubarb & Bramley Rickey.
