This unique flavoured gin is inspired by classic British ingredients, a tangy and tart combination of Bramley apples and rhubarb. All of Chase’s creations are handmade ‘farm to bottle’ on Chase’s farm in Herefordshire using (very) local ingredients. Using Chase’s award-winning potato vodka (known for its exceptionally creamy mouthfeel) as a base, this is then infused with a classic blend of gin botanicals in a copper still, and then blended with pressed apple and rhubarb juice straight from the farm. The result is a beautifully flavoured gin filled with fresh flavour, leading with apple and juniper, complimented by the unusually tangy taste of fresh rhubarb. This gin can be enjoyed through summer and autumn and is also available in a full-sized bottle.
