However, Chase Distillers, based on the William Chase family farm in Herefordshire, turned their potato surplus into a creamy premium craft vodka. Creating this vodka ‘farm to bottle’, all the ingredients are sourced locally and turned into vodka straight at the farm. Potato spirit, created using spring water sourced from the Malvern Hills, is distilled five times using pot stills for an exceptionally pure vodka. This is then chill filtered to carefully remove any other impurities for an exceptionally clean sip with a creamy mouthfeel and mildly sweet flavour. This exceptional vodka is also available as a 5cl miniature. Perfect Serve – Chase created this vodka with the vision of making a spirit perfect for a vodka martini. Make your own by stirring or shaking 60mls of Chase Original Potato Vodka with 10mls of Dry Vermouth. Strain into a martini glass.
