Leading with a heavy dose of juniper, the botanical blend includes bitter almond, angelica root, liquorice, lemon peel, ginger, cloves, cinnamon bark, coriander seeds and cardamom. Finally, the gin is distilled once more through juicy pink grapefruits and pomelos, capturing a very strong dose of tart citrus zest.
