This aged tequila is created from agaves hand-picked by skilled jimador farmers and roasted in traditional brick ovens for 40 hours. Perfect Serve - 818 Basil Manhattan You Will Need: • 4 large basil leaves • 60mls 818 Reposado Tequila • 20 mls lemon juice • 30 mls Agave Syrup • Angostura Bitters • Cocktail shaker Method: • Place the basil leaves at the bottom of your cocktail shaker and gently muddle to release the flavours. • Now add the rest of the ingredients (use 2 dashes of the bitters) with some cubed ice • Shake thoroughly until the outside of the shaker is cold • Strain into a tumbler with some cubed ice. Garnish with lemon wheels, basil, and another 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
