The Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak Whisky is a beautifully complex Scotch that is patiently matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. These casks are personally hand selected by The Macallan’s Master of Wood before the whisky is laid to age for at least 18 years. This whisky is light mahogany in colour and the nose contains notes of dried fruits and ginger with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The flavours of this whisky are soft and rich, coated with hints of spice, clove, orange and toasted mature oak. The finish is lingering, with notes of dried fruit, ginger and orange zest.
