This is achieved thanks to the exceptional ingredients from which Islay Dry Gin is fashioned. The Botanist’s in-house forager handpicks and prepares twenty-two botanicals sourced from the sprawling hills of Islay, carefully selected according to each flower and herb's unique character.

• 60ml Islay Dry Gin
• 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 30ml Simple Syrup
