Sipsmith Sloe Gin 50cl

Produced in the British farmlands, the sloe berries used in this Sipsmith Gin are harvested in winter and is distilled with the classic London Dry Gin base for up to 4 months. Bursting with berry brilliance, the addition of sweet strawberries and juicy raspberries bring sweetness to this expression. Hints of cherry and stoned fruit compliment the flavour to bring it to a well-bodied finish. Although associated as a winter treat, this spirit can also be enjoyed on a summer’s evening in a classy cocktail. Perfect serve: Keep it cosy by serving this as Mulled Sloe Gin. Add one part gin to one-part hot water and 100ml of cloudy apple juice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange slice. The ultimate winter wonder.
