Sipsmith Chilli & Lime Gin 70cl

Chilli & Lime Gin was originally showcased within Sipsmith’s exclusive Sipping Society membership but was so overwhelmingly popular that it has now been introduced as a limited edition release.

The spirit is crafted with a base of Sipsmith London Dry Gin and an infusion of seven different chilli varieties (Ancho, Guajillo, Scotch Bonnet, Cascabel, Pasilla, Arbol, and Carolina Reaper) that range from sweet and fruity to seriously spicy.

A perfect balance is found within these different levels of heat to infuse the gin with a hearty, rounded warmth and a refreshingly zesty burst of citrus thanks to the addition of juicy limes.

While perfectly delicious simply topped up with your favourite tonic water, it’s also worth trying Sipsmith Chilli & Lime Gin in a host of delicious cocktails such as a Margarita, Mojito, Gin Spritz, and more.

Perfect Serve – Sipsmith Chilli & Lime Gin is the perfect spirit for a Red Snapper cocktail (AKA a gin-based Bloody Mary):

• 50ml Sipsmith Chilli & Lime Gin
• 100ml tomato juice
• 25ml lime juice
• 2 tsp tabasco
• 1tsp Worcestershire sauce

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a celery stick and a wedge of fresh lime.
