Initially imported from the West Indies in the 1980's due to the thriving trade of lemons and limes. The founder Lauchlan Rose invented this cordial to preserve the lime juice content, whilst keeping it fully concentrated and fresh.
Historically known as the world's first naturally flavoured lime cordial, its tangy and zesty taste make it the perfect mixer to dilute in cocktails, mocktails or with tonics and water.
