The raspberries are gently mixed cane sugar, creating a puree perfect for frozen or shaken daiquiris, and a multitude of alcohol-free drinks.

Key Cocktail; Raspberry Mojito

35ml – White Rum
4 – Lime Wedges
4 – Mint leaves
30ml – Re’al Raspberry
Fill with Soda water
Method: Muddle lime and mint with one bar spoon sugar. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Stir.
