Stepping into the ring of whiskey-making, Proper Twelve Whiskey is brought to you by legendary MMA fighter and boxer Conor McGregor, with the whiskey taking its name from Dublin 12, the area where McGregor grew up.
A smooth blend of golden grain and single malt, Proper Twelve Whiskey has high notes of vanilla pod, floral barley, and a touch of sandalwood on the nose, opening up to deliver a palate of bold orchard fruits, expertly balanced out with a firm kick of white pepper.
With complex and woody undertones running throughout, this whiskey is rich, robust, and an all-round winner.
Perfect Serve – Get yourself a glass of Proper Craic Water. In a highball of ice, add two parts Proper No. Twelve and one part coconut water, the juice of half a lime, and top with mineral water. Stir well and garnish with a wedge of lime.
