On the nose you’ll find a heady bouquet of citrus aromas, with notes of roasted coconut, chargrilled peppers, white pepper and cinnamon, giving way to reveal a herbaceous palate of pine sap, thyme, and dill, rounded out with warming notes of vanilla pod and a lingering toasted oak.
