A blend of over 50 herbs and spices, Martini Rosso was crafted in 1863 and claims to be the first Vermouth ever created.

A staple of the Negroni cocktail, its red colour isn’t from the use of red wine, but from the addition of caramel to the mixture to increase its sweetness to balance out the bitterness of the herbal blend that is its base.

The result is a beautifully balanced sip of rich sweetness, lemon and raspberry fruitiness and fresh grassy notes from the bitter herbal mix.
