La Fee Parisienne Absinthe 70cl

Distilled in Paris, La Fée Parisiennie Absinthe is a powerful and heady spirit based on a 19th Century recipe, distilled from aged wormwood to create an intense depth of flavour.

The nose is neat and powerful, with a distinctly herbal profile opening up reveal iconic anise, with notes of fennel, coriander and hyssop.

The emerald green colour is all part of the absinthe experience, too, and La Fée Parisiennie Absinthe’s bottle has been covered with a UV-resistant coating to preserve the green colour of the liquid inside, which can be affected by sunlight.

It’s high volume, at almost 70%, so should only be sipped by the most courageous absinthe connoisseurs.

Perfect Serve - Traditional French absinthe has always been enjoyed by slowly adding four to six parts iced water through a sugar cube on an absinthe spoon. Add La Fée Parisiennie to a glass, follow the ritual, and lose yourself in an absinthe haze.
