Distilled using fresh Caribbean sugar, it’s infused with a blend of secret spices, but you’ll still unearth much of this rum’s mysterious flavour through its rich, dark palate of molasses and tar, a barrage of cinnamon, nutmeg, charred oak and vanilla, with the fruitiness of toffee apples and a hint of lime.
