Jägermeister Liqueur is the leading half-bitter in Germany, Europe, and arguably the rest of the world. This “Master Hunter” is a blend of 56 secret botanicals, ground and steeped in alcohol and water, then filtered, aged for a year in oak barrels and then filtered again.
Sweet, spicy, bitter, fruity and aromatic, with some noticeable hints of mace, clove, cardamom, ginger, bitter orange, licorice, star anise and galangal, among maaaaaaaaaaany others.
Perfect serve – Jägermeister Liqueur is best served ice-cold and gulped as a neat shot or as part of shooters like the classic Jägerbomb, Liquid Heroin and Starry Night.
