Highland Park’s journey starts deep in a 4,000-year-old peat moor in the Orkneys, where fine, untouched peat is used in the creation of this exceptional dram – notes of charcoal, heather and pinecones ensure this whisky is a true reflection of the land which gives it.
Highland Park is aged in seasoned European and American oak casks for spicy and warm fruitcake flavours, resulting in an elegantly balanced Scotch.
Perfect Serve – Highland Park recommends a salted honey Old Fashioned. Blend 50mls of Highland Park 12 with 10ml of honey, a pinch of sea salt and a dash of Angostura bitters. Serve over ice and garnish with an orange twist.
