Giffard Syrups are produced in France with the finest quality ingredients, using pure sugar beets and macerated fruits to create concentrated flavour and thick, luxurious body.
The Passion Fruit Syrup has a light, fresh aroma and deep fruity palate with notes of papaya, lychee and mango underlying zingy Passion Fruit top notes.
Classic tropical cocktails such as the Daiquiri, Mojito, and Pina Colada can be brilliantly uplifted with a dash of Giffard Passion Fruit Syrup, while also making a delicious soft drink simply topped up with sparkling water.
Perfect Serve – Passion Fruit Syrup is a key ingredient in the popular Tiki cocktail, the Hurricane:
- 50ml light rum
- 50ml dark rum
- 40ml Giffard Passion Fruit Syrup
- 30ml orange juice
- 30ml lime juice
- 10ml grenadine
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice for roughly 30 seconds before straining into a tall glass and garnishing with a maraschino cherry.
