Eminente Reserva is a revolutionary Cuban aged rum made by the country’s youngest ever Maestro Ronero, César Martí.

Fashioned in the Central Cuban style, Eminente marries the qualities of Eastern sipping spirits and Western cocktail spirits to create a deeply versatile and nuanced expression that works beautifully either on the rocks or mixed into a cocktail.

Bearing a richly perfumed nose of espresso and cream, Eminente meets the palate with full-bodied chords of buttery vanilla, smoked wood, dried fruits, and burnt brown sugar, finishing with lengthy echoes of ginger and bitter cocoa.

Made with pure sugarcane distillate and aged for seven years in white oak whisky barrels to curate exceptional character, Eminente Reserva is a rum of rare beauty. Perfect Serve – Eminente Reserva makes a perfectly refined sipping rum and is ideal for stirring up a stiff cocktail such as the Cuban classic, an El Presidente:

• 35ml Eminente Reserva
• 25ml Martini Extra Dry Vermouth
• 15ml Gabriel Boudier Triple Sec Liqueur
• 2 dashes grenadine

Add all ingredients and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker, shake until well chilled, and strain into a coupe glass.
