Dead Man's Fingers Spiced Rum is a Cornish blend of two-year-old rum and baking spices. A sweet and refreshing spirit made by the adventurous crew at the Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives since 2015, with notes of saffron cake and vanilla ice cream, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, peeled orange and nutmeg. If you’re vegan, don’t worry – the recipe doesn’t include any actual or figurative – crabs’ gills – dead man’s fingers. Perfect Serve – Dead Man's Fingers Spiced Rum is best served chilled on its own, or paired with a warm spiced pudding.
