This expression spends an initial 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, mellowing and softening into a medium-bodied liquor of rich vanilla and cocoa depths.

It is then divided and placed into a selection of barrels that have respectively held Apostoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem oloroso sherry, with each finish imparting a distinctive character that marries to create a bold palate unique to the Dalmore 15 Year Old.
