Cygnet, the Welsh gin distillery, presents its first flavoured gin liqueur, looking to classic sweet shops for inspiration. Cygnet Cherry Drop is the taste of pure nostalgia. Inspired by classic cherry drops – sweet cherries mixed with a medicinal, herbal taste which will transport you to the village sweet shops of yore.

Cygnet’s master distiller, Dai Wakely, was inspired by his own childhood while creating this blend. A mix of cultured and wild cherries helps achieve that unmistakeable cherry drop taste. Cygnet’s gin base of botanicals (chamomile, citrus peel, liquorice, angelica root, almond, orris root, cardamom, coriander, juniper) contributes to the ultra-realistic cherry drop smell with herbal and medicinal notes.

Perfect Serve - Cygnet suggests the Cherry Drop Collins: • 1.75 fl oz (50 ml) Cherry Drop • ½ fl oz (12.5 ml) Lemon Juice • ½ fl oz (12.5 ml) Lime Juice • ½ fl oz (12.5 ml) Simple Syrup (Gomme) Mix, pour over crushed ice and top up with soda water
