Not technically a cognac (as it’s not made in the Cognac region), this French brandy still shares many of its traits, being rich in oaky, woody undertones, and balanced out with the sweet, spicy warmth of vanilla.
Perfect serve – An internationally-inspired cocktail, stir up a Rising Sun. Add a generous shot of CÎROC VS Brandy, a dash of almond syrup and two dashes of bitters to a mixing glass. Add ice, stir for 20 seconds, strain in to a chilled coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist.
