Chase Seville Marmalade Gin 70cl

If you are looking for something a bit different with your next flavoured gin, you can’t go wrong with Chase’s Seville Marmalade gin. Based in Herefordshire, Chase believes in a ‘farm to bottle’ concept, where the ingredients for their premium spirits are sourced either directly from the farm or locally. This sweet and citrusy gin begins life as Chase’s smooth potato vodka, hailed as one of the best in the world. This is then infused with a blend of botanicals and spices including ginger, liquorice, cardamon, clove, cinnamon bark, coriander seeds and lots of juniper. Finally, the resulting gin is distilled a final time through a bounty of sweet Seville oranges in Chase’s copper gin still (named ‘Ginny’). The resulting gin gives a hyper-realistic marmalade flavour supported by the warmth of the mixed spices underneath, with an a aroma of freshly baked hot cross buns.
