Hemel-En-Aarde’s valley grapes are harvested at their juiciest then fermented for 16 months in French oak barriques.
This results in a silky sip with a fine balance of juiciness and depth of flavour. The taste of crushed black cherries is blended with mineral notes of limestone and resin for a delicate marriage of flavours with gentle tannins.
