It pours a blush pink with a rich foam and fine, persistent bubbles.
Perfect serve: Place the bottle in an ice bucket, filled with ice cubes and water. Leave the bottle in for 25 minutes to cool it down to 6-8°C (45°F). Pour it into a flute glass.
