Perfect Serve - Place the bottle in a champagne bucket, filled with ice cubes and water. Leave the bottle in for 25 minutes to cool it down to 4-5°C (40°F). Pour it into flute glass. Its sweet aromatics make it versatile enough to pair well with Southeast Asian fare and spicy curries.
