Light brown in appearance, with sweet flavours of caramel, aromatics of warmed milk, and a moderate alcohol content, this silky, sweet, liqueur is smooth and luscious.
The creamy mouthfeel, soft aromatics, and caramelized flavour profile, its delicate toffee sweetness will remind you of the traditional Latin American dessert Dulce de leche.

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, 50 ml Bottega Caramel Liqueur, 25ml Vanilla Vodka and tablespoon of caramel syrup. Shake well and pour into the martini glass.
